Michelle, There is someone I know that adopted a 5 year old girl from Russia about 2-3 years ago. As a matter of fact she speaks numerous languages.
They emailed us back a journal as often as they could get access to a computer station. It seems they are localized and the children had priority to do school work on them.
I may still have their journal on my computer but if not I could put you 2 in touch. Even though they thought they had EVERYTHING in order...there were still a few issues and delays.
However....Maria the girl could communicate with your daughter when you get back home.
