I recently purchased a nice 2 bed/2 bath in Concord and I am looking to rent out the other room. I am looking for some one in my age range preferably. I am 26 yrs old. I consider myself to be a relatively clean person, non-smoker, with no pets. I have been going to Lake Forest for almost 5 yrs now so you probably know me or know some one who does.
